Ah, some crap about wanting a physical, veteran defenseman, which they got in Derek Morris. But the two "prospects" they got as well... I highly doubt they'll take the place of Drury, who has been THE clutch performer in the playoffs the last few years. I wonder what the thought process there was. Derek Morris will not win the Avs another Cup. Yelle and Drury will.
Oh well. Two days, kids. I'll be at Fox and Hound, diggin' the season opener and hopefully talkin' some game to the Stars fans. Go Avs!! |
