TTU Hockey Wins Both Game Against University of North Texas

Wanted to let everyone know that the TTU Hockey team won both games against UNT 4-3 and 6-3. There was a hand full of fans there for the games but we are hoping there will be more for the games November 6th and 7th again Texas A&M.

I didn't go but I understand the game was 10-4 OU. From reports it looks like the crowd was treated to a goalie fight and a couple of other fights as well.

I haven't heard from anyone on this subject for awhile but they just revamped their website and the dates are still TBD for the coliseum. Any news from anyone would be great. I want to come up this weekend to watch some games. Should I make other plans?

I just saw the story on NBC news that the City Council is messing with TTU Hockey AGAIN!!!!! I thought the City Council would leave them alone until the end of the season but it looks like that is not the case. Coach, please let us know what we can do to help stop the City Council attempts to kill TTU Hockey once again.

I am taking the Men of Tech Hockey calendar to the printer tomorrow. IT IS HOT!!!!! No, I am not joking. We had Shan Renee, a local photographer, take the pictures and they are unbelievable!! The calendars are 11x17 unfolded (pic is 8.5x11, calendar grid is 8.5 x 11) and they are in color. $20 each. Tech moves up from 13th to 12th. The only good thing about this ranking is we are ahead of TAMU who dropped below us (they were ranked 12th last time). People complain about the BCS but this has got to be the worst system ever imaginable. We beat Denver twice this last period and own 2-1-1 record overall with them but they subsequently went and beat Colorado...parity has set in but the rankings have reverted back to the good ole boy network. Interestingly, Northern Colorado...a new team in D2...
